Return from Academic Suspension
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Durham and Manchester undergraduate students that wish to return from an Academic Suspension must complete a Reactivation from Academic Suspension or Leave of Absence Form. The form will be reviewed by the Dean’s Office of the student’s home college (or the UNH Manchester Director of Academic Advising for UNH Manchester students). Students must provide a statement explaining why they believe they can successfully complete a UNH degree program and specific steps they will take to ensure future academic success.
如果得到批准, the student will be reinstated into the major they left and will receive confirmation from the Office of the 注册商. If the student no longer qualifies for the major they left, their request for return will be reviewed by the College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Office for reactivation into the Undeclared major.
Return from Academic Suspension Deadline
The Reactivation from Academic Suspension or Leave of Absence form must be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the semester of return begins.

Return from Leave of Absence
UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Durham and Manchester undergraduate students that wish to return from a Leave of Absence must complete a Reactivation from Academic Suspension or Leave of Absence Form. The form will be reviewed by the Dean’s Office of the student’s home college (or the UNH Manchester Director of Academic Advising for UNH Manchester students). 如果得到批准, the student will be reinstated into the major they left and will receive confirmation from the Office of the 注册商. In the unlikely event that a student cannot return to the major they left, the Dean’s Office of the student’s home college will contact the student to discuss next steps.
Students that wish to return from a 健康 Leave of Absence must complete and submit a 申请表 to the Dean of Students along with a letter of support from a treatment provider.

Readmission After Academic Dismissal
Only under extraordinary circumstances will a student be readmitted after being academically dismissed Consult with your former college dean PRIOR to submitting an application for readmission to the Office of 招生.
Other Previously Enrolled Students
Former UNH students, whose degree status at the University has been discontinued or whom have withdrawn, may apply to resume their studies by submitting an application for readmission.
